Giving children dignity through basic essentials

Disadvantaged children experiencing underwear insecurity are embarrassed and often bullied at school, leading them to stay home from school. Undies for Everyone provides a week’s supply of underwear, encouraging regular school attendance and confidence to make new friends. Kingspoint Insurance in Houston, TX has proudly supported this mission since 2023.

Kingspoint’s involvement goes beyond writing a check. The agency provides financial sponsorship to help Undies for Everyone sustain and expand its reach across Houston, supporting the purchase, sorting, and distribution of underwear through schools, CPS, and pediatric care partners. The team also hosts Undies in Action volunteer events at the office where staff roll and pack underwear for children in need, and has built a referral donation program where every new client referral generates a $5 donation to the organization on the client’s behalf. 

One story captured why this partnership matters. A young boy receiving a package of underwear immediately began counting the pairs, then looked up and said he only needed three so the rest could go to his brother. When he learned his brother would receive his own package, the relief on both boys’ faces said everything.
