When a child experiences abuse, the journey toward healing depends heavily on what happens next. Juliette’s House in McMinnville, Oregon provides that critical first response, offering forensic interviews, medical exams, therapy, and ongoing support through a coordinated team of professionals in one place. By bringing all services together, Juliette’s House spares children the additional trauma of retelling their story to multiple agencies. Hagan Hamilton Insurance Solutions has stood behind this mission since 2001.
The agency’s commitment runs deep and takes many forms. Employees donate to Juliette’s House each year through Hagan Hamilton’s annual Christmas Party, where funds raised are matched by the company and delivered as a year-end gift to the organization. The agency is also a sponsor of Juliette’s House largest fundraiser, Celebrate the Children, and one of its agents, Kevin Baty, served on the organization’s Board of Directors from 2020-2026.
Each year, Kevin delivers the employee donation check personally to Juliette’s House leadership, a moment that carries particular weight given the financial pressures the organization has faced.
“Knowing that so many government grants have been put on hold over the past two years, they are so appreciative of the support by Hagan Hamilton as well as community support so children can continue on their healing journey,” Kevin Baty shared.
A $10,000 Make More Happen award would help Juliette’s House expand education programs, launch Camp Hope, and grow outreach to more communities and adults with disabilities.
