Create a content calendar
Map out a calendar of touchpoints, like events or holidays, where you can repurpose content throughout the year. See the AI simulation below for ideas.
Make a checklist
Outline all tasks to be completed before, during and after your activity. E.g. sending invites, delegating day-of roles, thanking participants, and sharing highlights. A spreadsheet works fine, or try Trello, Asana or Planner to invite collaborators.
Stockpile supplies
Take inventory of items and storage needed. Pens, tape, and trash bags or boxes can be helpful to have on hand. Order branded t-shirts in various sizes. Print postcards to learn more about your agency and the cause.
Use Generative AI to get inspired and get started.
