Since 2018, Synergy Insurance has partnered with The Window as their nonprofit community partner. Quarterly, members of the team sign up to serve food to guests of The Window and the agency also does fundraisers and inventory drives for items the nonprofit needs. The Window has a food pantry, clothing pantry and feeds the homeless and low-income individuals free meals.
Synergy allows the team to serve during the day without using their vacation time and provides each employee one eight-hour day to serve at a nonprofit.
